As the Greek goddess of the moon, her energy is also very powerful, as she has the power to control the waters, to cause ebb and flow. Selene is here to remind us that everything moves in phases, change is the natural flow of life.

She encourages to honor the cycles of life and find peace in the process of release, growth and renewal. She invites you to connect to your intuition and explore your subconscious to shine light on what has been buried deep and uncover hidden truths, in order to find emotional healing and discover all facades of oneself.

- Use the candle on its own or while doing a ceremony using other prompts, like cacao, crystals or incense.
- Be clear about the intention you want to set, about the energy you want to welcome in, or amplify, into your life. Be specific about your intention. For example: instead of saying “I want to love myself more”, describe how loving yourself looks and feels like FOR YOU.
- Lit the candle, set your intention out into the Universe and tap into how it feels to embrace this energy.
